"I love Aqua Yoga because the water offers beautiful support for all of the body’s movement. The warmth and buoyancy of the water, along with healthy alignment, relieve stress on the joints, and allow me to explore my range of motion in ways that are not available or may not be safe for vulnerable joints in a land class."
I teach aqua yoga, "land" yoga, meditation and mindful self-compassion, to a wide variety of students. As a certified C-IAYT yoga therapist I have 1000 hours of yoga and meditation teacher training. Some of my formal studies include: Aqua Kriya Yoga Specialist, Mindful Self-Compassion, Tibetan Heart Yoga, Anatomy of the Chakra’s, tibetan buddhist philosophy, subtle body practices and meditation.
